Chilly greetings from the first few days of autumn. 🍂 It’s gotten a bit colder already and autumn is here – exactly the right time to grab some tea, cookies and art supplies and spend some time drawing and painting in my new Skillshare class.
I know a lot of you love watercolor and gouache. Are you ready to explore a few new tools and combine them with what you already know? We’re going to look at drawing with ink this time!
My new class is all about observing and drawing plants and flowers with ink! „Drawing nature: Bring leaves and flowers to life with ink and gouache“ is now live! I’m happy to announce that I offer it free for the first two days, so if you know any friends who aren’t on Skillshare yet but might want to join, simply send them this link: Copy this link to send the class to a friend (or yourself) for free!
Of course, all of you already on Skillshare Premium can simply join the class through their existing subscription! 💕
In the class, I’m going to show you how to observe from nature and draw leaves and flowers in ink. We’ll also add some color for those of you who love messing with paint.
We’ll take a look at:
– drawing from nature & simplifying organic shapes
– working with watercolor in different ways
– working with different inks like acrylic ink, drawing ink and liquid watercolor
At the end you’ll create your own beautiful wildflower meadow in the techniques we looked at.
I hope you’ll join me in this class, bring some friends and all your art stuff. 🍁
See you in class 🍄
